Our orders go out three times a week and is shipped via UPS ground, orders typically arrive within 7-10 days.
All orders will have an email of the receipt as well as a follow up email for tracking and shipping once the order ships.
If there is something wrong with the item please email pam.ivtherapyeducation@gmail.com and send a photo of the damaged product. Otherwise all sales are final. If there is any other issue please email us and we can see how to help.
Absolutely, our books are not going away, there may be a tiny delay if we sold out of a book while new books are printed but we are never more than 2 weeks behind.
Anywhere in the US. If you are outside the US and wish to receive a book please email pam.ivtherapyeducation@gmail.com so we can make sure your order is placed and shipped correctly.
